One of our favorite things about our home besides being such a cute bungalow is we are only across the street about half block from Grandstand Burgers. It's a good old fashion burger joint that you order online or at the counter. People come from all over. On nice days, you see people eating on picnic tables outside. And lucky you, you can pick up and take home easily. We have lots of seating with a large sofa, two recliners and another comfortable chair. We own three other VRBO's in KC and we are rated as premier partners. Our other VRBO numbers are 797896, 2066285 and 970746. We also own another one on the beach in Ft Walton Beach, FL on Okaloosa Island. Guests have access to every part of the house. We are always available for help with things. We usually provide pretty good typed instructions on how to use the wifi, tv and our expectations on checking out. One of the greatest places nearby is Grandstand Burgers. On some nice days, you can smell them cooking. It's the type of place people always go to and order at the counter. So from our home, you could just walk down. We are also only about a mile or so to get onto I35 going either north bound to get to downtown, Royals and Chiefs. Really close to Ikea for shopping and hospitals such as University of Kansas Hospital and Advent Health if you are coming for treatment or to visit family. Walking trails nearby is the Turkey Creek Trail which is about 4 miles. Really nice. We have a nice long driveway for parking off the street. Book instantly or send an inquiry.
