My place is close to restaurants, Strang park (playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, cornhole, large chess and walking trail),  and dining and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness. My place is good for couples and families.

We have 3 bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms that have been decorated by a professional decorator. The master suite has a king bed-another one has a queen and the third bedroom has a full bed. We have an amazing large deck with a Weber propane grill and large fenced in back yard. We are only a half block away from the newly renovated Strang park and also the Johnson County library that is wonderful for kids and adults to visit.

This is our newest AIRBNB-totally remodelled from top to bottom. Brand new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. New hardwood flooring throughout. New contemporary Floyd sofas and chairs. We also have a washer and dryer in the hallway. This is a ranch home with a double car garage. Very close to the highway off of 67th & I35 and also close to Advent Health Medical Center.

Recently renovated, this 3-bedroom ranch-style home boasts a modern design, distinguishing itself from our other properties. It features a one and a half-car garage, two bathrooms, and a spacious fenced-in yard. The interior has been upgraded with new hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, and front-facing windows. Two fireplaces with fireplace glass add to the cozy atmosphere. As our newest VRBO, we also have amazing mattresses that guests ask what brand it is. The removal of walls creates an open concept in the dining, kitchen, and living areas. The custom-made sofas from Floyd and two comfy barrel chairs offer ample seating. The laundry is conveniently located on the main floor, and guests have the option to park in the garage. Since I love to cook, the house has all kinds of small appliances (two types of coffee makers-regular & Keurig plus a small air fryer) and cooking utensils. The TV is a Smart TV with an antenna, connected to high-speed internet, Roku, and DVR. It includes all local channels and allows for recording and access to popular streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon. 

We thoroughly clean and sanitize all bedding, including quilts and mattress protectors, between guests. For a contactless check-in process, we provide a smart lock with a unique code for each guest. 

Our home is just a short 5-minute drive from the highway, making it convenient for guests traveling to downtown or the Plaza area. It is also within 1.5 miles from Advent Health Hospital and 8 miles from KU Medical Center. Sports fans will appreciate that we are only 19 miles from Arrowhead Stadium (Go Chiefs!) and Kauffman Stadium.  

We are experienced superhosts and take pride in ensuring that this property is just as comfortable and enjoyable as our other three properties in Johnson County and one in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Many of our guests return and even reach out to inquire about the availability of our other properties for their next stay. 

Please note that for safety purposes, we have a ring doorbell at the front door, but we do not use it to monitor our guests. We only use it if we have concerns about the condition of the house after a guest's stay.

We have wonderful sidewalks for walking around. Lots of trees and great neighbors. About a mile from our house is one of the entrances to Turkey Creek Streamway Trail for hiking or biking.

This is our cute little bungalow home. It has two bedrooms, one bath, sun room/laundry area with back door going out to the deck and a large fenced in yard. Upstairs is the large office to allow work from home. Our home has lots of windows with natural light. 

Close to hwy entrance to downtown, sporting events & hospitals.

Maybe 10 minutes tops to get downtown or south KC. 

Large deck for those nice days or evenings to sit outside. Nice weber grill to grill and patio table and chairs.

One of our favorite things about our home besides being such a cute bungalow is we are only across the street about half block from Grandstand Burgers. It's a good old fashion burger joint that you order online or at the counter. People come from all over. On nice days,  you see people eating on picnic tables outside. And lucky you, you can pick up and take home easily.

We have lots of seating with a large sofa, two recliners and another comfortable chair.

We own three other VRBO's in KC and we are rated as premier partners. Our other VRBO numbers are 797896, 2066285 and 970746. We also own another one on the beach in Ft Walton Beach, FL on Okaloosa Island.

Guests have access to every part of the house.

We are always available for help with things. We usually provide pretty good typed instructions on how to use the wifi, tv and our expectations on checking out.

One of the greatest places nearby is Grandstand Burgers. On some nice days, you can smell them cooking. It's the type of place people always go to and order at the counter. So from our home, you could just walk down. 
We are also only about a mile or so to get onto I35 going either north bound to get to downtown, Royals and Chiefs.
Really close to Ikea for shopping and hospitals such as University of Kansas Hospital and Advent Health if you are coming for treatment or to visit family.

Walking trails nearby is the Turkey Creek Trail which is about 4 miles. Really nice. We have a nice long driveway for parking off the street.

Our home is a very quiet home located on almost half acre that has been lovingly restored and remodeled to be able to enjoy relaxing getaways no matter the reason whether to come to visit children, hospital stays, weddings,  graduaations, sporting events, and just good old visiting family. 
The home has been opened up with a wonderful kitchen, large 65" tv, hardwood & marble floors,  and two living areas. 
Screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors with a patio down below with a weber grill.

Our home ihas been remodeled  to be a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.  Everything is open which is great for enjoying your getaway  with family or friends and just enjoying the openness of the place. 
The kitchen has state of the art appliances with granite counter tops and a wonderful kitchen island with four stools to sit around while visiting or preparing meals. The stove is a gas six burner with a griddle in the middle. 
The floors are all hardwood except for the master bathroom which is marble. The dining room sits eight comfortably and has two leaves to add for more room. The home has two seating areas, one with comfortable armless chairs and the other with a new sectional and two other comfortable chairs.
That room has a brand new Smart 65” Smart Samsung tv. Off that room is a half bath and a desk to work if needed. The master bath has a marble floor and next to that is a closet with a full size washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king size memory topped gel mattress and a 43” Smart tv. The guest bedroom has a day bed with a trundle and a twin (xl) bed with another memory gel topped mattress. We have spared no expense making this home as lovely and comfortable as we can.
There is a screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors in the morning with a cup of coffee or cup of tea. Just a few steps down from the screened in porch has a patio with a weber grill to have cookouts.
We allow access to the garage for garage parking. The driveway is long for a couple of extra cars. 
Lots of sidewalks around the neighborhood  that is mostly level for walks. We are very close to many restaurants & grocery stores. Just a few blocks to access the highway for getting anywhere.

We are located on a wonderful private lot in an older neighborhood that is quiet with lots of trees and is a very safe neighborhood.

Our home is right by the Turkey Creek Streamway Park Trail which has four miles of paved trails.

We are only 10-15 minutes from the plaza and only 5 minutes from the Ikea store. We are also very close to the Legends that has the soccer stadium and the race track. There are so many restaurants that are close by.
